摘 要:目的:评价分析陕西省公立医院药师职业生涯规划现状及影响因素,以促进医院药学人员职业化发展。方法:基于问卷星平台,采用在线问卷调查的方式,以公立医院药师为研究对象,定量研究其职业生涯规划水平及影响因素。结果:不同级别医院、婚姻状况及接受职业规划培训次数不同的药师群体之间的职业生涯规划整体得分有显著差异;培训次数是唯一对职业生涯规划得分有影响的因素;一半以上的受访药师认为现在的岗位与自己的能力是匹配的;受访药师最期望的岗位是临床药师;大部分受访药师未来的规划是继续目前的工作状态。结论:该地区药师的职业生涯规划水平处于中等,大部分药师满足于目前的工作状态。基层医院药师的职业生涯规划有待加强。在药师入职早期进行职业规划培训具有重要意义。加强职业规划培训,有助于促进药师的职业化发展。应大力发展临床药师队伍,推动药师走出舒适圈,实现职能转型。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the current situation and influencing factors of career planning of pharmacists at public hospitals in Shaanxi Province so as to provide recommendations for improving career planning of hospital pharmacists and promoting the training of hospital pharmacy professionals.METHODS An online questionnaire was employed for quantitative research. Hospital pharmacists in Shaanxi Province were invited to participate.RESULTS The career planning level of interviewees was moderate. The overall score level of career planning was significantly different among pharmacists with varying unit levels, marital status, and sessions of career planning training;the number of trainings was the only influential factor for career planning;more than half of the pharmacists believed that current positions matched their own abilities, and the most coveted position was clinical pharmacist;future prospect of most pharmacists was to continue their current work status.CONCLUSION The level of career planning of pharmacists is moderate and most pharmacists are satisfied with their current positions. The career planning of pharmacists at primary hospitals should be further strengthened. It is of great significance to conduct career planning training for pharmacists in their early careers. Strengthening professional planning and training helps to promote the professional development of pharmacists. It is imperative to vigorously develop the team of clinical pharmacists, push pharmacists out of their comfort zone and achieve functional transformations.
