吗多明气雾剂治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察吗多明气雾剂对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者80例随机分为吗多明组(n=40)和单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片组(n=40),并于用药前后观察并记录心绞痛发作频率、持续时间、疼痛状况、药物起效及维持时间,同步十二导联心电图变化情况以及药物不良反应和耐药性。结果吗多明组与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片组比较,缓解心绞痛的平均起效时间分别为1.45 min和29.75 min,两组差异具有显著性(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,吗多明组与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片组心绞痛症状均明显缓解(P<0.05),有效率分别为90%和87.5%;两组心电图均明显改善(P<0.05),分别为82.5%和77.5%,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论吗多明气雾剂是一种能安全缓解不稳定型心绞痛的有效制剂,起效快,作用强,不产生耐药性,副作用少,应用广泛。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of molsidomine aerosol on unstable angina pectoris. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: molsidomine group(n=40) and lsosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets group(n=40). The frequency, duration, pain status, drug onset and maintenance time of angina pectoris were observed and recorded before and after treatment. The changes of 12-lead electrocardiogram, adverse drug reactions and drug resistance were synchronized. Results Compared with lsosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets group, the mean onset time of angina relief was 1.45 min and 29.75 min, respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The effective rates of relieving angina pectoris were 90% and 87.5%, respectively(P<0.05). The improvement of ECG was 82.5% and 77.5% respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Molsidomine aerosol is a safe and effective preparation for the relief of unstable angina pectoris, with quick and strong action, no drug resistance and few side effects, which can be widely used.
