摘　　要：地铁项目中的车辆段工程建设是整体工程的核心内容,涉及了很多的专业问题,包含复杂的截面和较大的施工难度,为保障工程建设的质量和功能效果,需要立足于整体,全面分析与规划。本文围绕先进的施工技术,科学的项目管理方式,探索健全车辆段工程施工的技术操作标准的路径,并结合杭州地铁10号线一期工程仁和路车辆段施工SG10-5-2标段,分析关键施工技术和管理要点。The depot engineering construction in the subway project is the core content of the overall project,involving many professional issues,including complex cross-sections and greater construction difficulty.In order to ensure the quality and functional eff ects of the project construction,it needs to be based on the whole.Comprehensive analysis and planning.This article focuses on advanced construction technology,scientific project management methods,explores the way to improve the technical operation standards of the depot engineering construction,and combines with the construction of the SG10-5-2 bid section of the Renhe Road depot of the fi rst phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 10,and analyzes Key construction techniques and management points.
