摘　　要：整体式减速器的主动轴转速高且一半轴径浸润在润滑油中,恶劣的工况对主动轴唇形密封圈构成了极大的密封压力,经常出现渗漏油现象,给油田客户带来了很大的经济损失,对环境造成了污染。在世界石油行业中,整体式减速器的使用量基本占到了一半的份额,如何解决整体式减速器主动轴唇形密封圈渗漏油问题,有着很大的经济价值和社会价值。The driving shaft of the integral reducer has a high speed and half of the shaft diameter is immersed in the lubricating oil.The harsh working conditions constitute a great sealing pressure on the driving shaft lip seal ring,and oil leakage often occurs,which brings oil to customers It has caused great economic losses and caused pollution to the environment.In the world oil industry,the use of integral reducers basically accounts for half of the share.How to solve the problem of oil leakage of the lip seal ring of the active shaft of the integral reducer has great economic and social value.
