摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定利胆片(茵陈、金银花、白芍等)中绿原酸、芍药苷、异绿原酸A、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、大黄酚的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo Scientific Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm);流动相0.1%磷酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230 nm。结果 8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 7),平均加样回收率97.39%~100.06%,RSD 0.48%~0.78%。结论该方法准确灵敏,重复性好,可用于利胆片的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of chlorogenic acid, paeoniflorin, isochlorogenic acid A, baicalin, wogonoside, costunolide, dehydrocostuslactone and chrysophanol in Lidan Tablets(Artemisiae scopariae Herba, Lonicerae japonicae Flos, Paeoniae Radix Alba, etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Thermo Scientific Hypersil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 7), whose average recoveries were 97.39%-100.06%with the RSDs of 0.48%-0.78%.CONCLUSION This accurate, sensitive and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Lidan Tablets.
