摘  要:目的研究白楸Mallotus paniculatus(Lam.)Muell.Arg.的化学成分及其体外抗HBV活性。方法白楸70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。利用HepG2.2.15细胞系对其进行体外抗HBV活性测试。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂酮(1)、高根二醇-3-醋酸酯(2)、软木三萜酮(3)、8-[1-(3,4-二羟基苯基)乙基]-槲皮素(4)、鞣花酸(5)、乙酰基油桐酸(6)、4-O-甲基没食子酸(7)、没食子酸(8)、异它乔糖苷(9)、mananthoside I(10)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-(6″-O-乙酰基)-葡萄糖苷(11)、turpinionoside A(12)、corymboside(13)、hovetrichoside A(14)、1,6-二-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(15)。化合物4、8对HepG2.2.15细胞分泌表面抗原HBsAg有一定抑制作用,IC_(50)分别为(95.8±2.6)、(82.7±3.1)μg/mL;化合物15对细胞分泌E抗原HBeAg的分泌有显著抑制作用,IC_(50)为(12.9±1.7)μg/mL。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4、8、15有一定的体外抗HBV活性。AIM To study the chemical constituents from Mallotus paniculatus(Lam.)Muell.Arg.and their anti-HBV activities in vitro.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from M.paniculatus was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their anti-HBV activities in vitro were tested by HepG2.2.15 cells.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified asβ-amyrenone(1),erythordiol-3-acetate(2),friedelin(3),8-[1-(3,4-dihy droxyphenyl)ethyl]-quercetin(4),ellagic acid(5),acetyl aleuritolic acid(6),4-O-methylgallic acid(7),gallic acid(8),isotachioside(9),mananthoside I(10),apigenin-7-O-β-D-(6″-O-acetyl)-glucosid(11),turpinionoside A(12),corymboside(13),hovetrichoside A(14),1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(15).Compounds 4,8 had certain inhibitory effects on HBsAg with the IC_(50)values of(95.8±2.6),(82.7±3.1)μg/mL,compound 15 had significant inhibitory effects on HBeAg with the IC_(50)values of(12.9±1.7)μg/mL.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,and Compounds 4,8 and 15 have certain anti-HBV activities in vitro.
