摘  要:以水轮机主轴为研究对象,在有限密封段条件下,利用电磁学原理构建水轮机主轴磁流体密封装置的磁路模型,得到密封压力与磁流体密封磁极角、极齿高度、极齿宽度和极齿槽宽的关系,然后进行数值分析与试验验证。研究结果表明,随着磁极角、极齿高度和极齿槽宽的增加,密封压力呈抛物线变化,磁极角在45°、极齿高度和极齿槽宽在10倍间隙值处取得极大值;随着极齿宽度的增加,密封压力线性减小;随着水轮机主轴转速的增高,离心力对间隙内磁流体扰动不断加剧,甚至造成密封失效。Taking the main shaft of the hydraulic turbine as the research object,under the condition of limited sealing section,the magnetic circuit model of the magnetic fluid sealing device of the main shaft of the hydraulic turbine is constructed by the principle of electromagnetics,and the sealing pressure and the magnetic pole angle of the magnetic fluid seal,the height of the pole teeth,the width of the pole teeth and the pole teeth are obtained.The relationship of groove width is then verified by numerical analysis and experiment.The research results show that with the increase of magnetic pole angle,pole tooth height and pole tooth slot width,the sealing pressure changes parabolicly.The magnetic pole angle reaches the maximum value at 45°,the pole tooth height and the pole tooth slot width at 10 times the gap value.As the width of the pole teeth increases,the sealing pressure decreases linearly;with the increase in the rotation speed of the main shaft of the turbine,the centrifugal force increases the disturbance of the magnetic fluid in the gap,and even causes the seal to fail.
