摘  要:采用HFSS仿真软件优化设计了一款准平面化微带环行器,探究铁氧体基板厚度h、中心圆盘半径R以及大小Y结尺寸对环行器性能的影响。结果表明,厚度h和半径R影响铁氧体与电磁波的耦合强度以及环行器的端口阻抗匹配,随着厚度h的增大,环行器的中心频率f_(0)先增高后降低;同时增大半径R会降低“+”模和“–”模的谐振频率,使环行器的中心频率f_(0)移向低频;采用λ_(g)/4波长变换器作为大Y结,回波损耗|S_(11)|和隔离度|S_(12)|随着大Y结长度L_(Y)或宽度W_(Y)的增加均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,中心频率f_(0)会随着大Y结长度L_(Y)的增加或宽度W_(Y)的减小逐渐向低频移动;采用双Y结可增大环行器的带宽,与小Y结的长度L_(Y)不同,宽度W_(Y)对中心频率f_(0)影响不大,同时减小小Y结的尺寸可降低插入损耗|S21|,增大回波损耗|S_(11)|和隔离度|S_(12)|。Aquasi-planarized microstrip circulator was optimized through HFSS simulation software,and the impact of the thickness h of the ferrite substrate,the radius R of the central conductor,and the size of Y-junction on the quasi-planarized microstrip circulator were investigated.The results illustrate that:The thickness h of the ferrite substrate and the radius R of the central conductor can regulate the coupling between the ferrite and the electromagnetic wave as well as the port impedance matching of the circulator.The center frequency f_(0) would increase and then decrease with the increase of the thickness h,and the increase of the radius R of the central conductor can reduce the resonant frequency of the"+"mode and the"–"mode,and thus the center frequency f_(0) of the circulator shifts to a lower frequency.Aλ_(g)/4 wavelength converter is deployed as a large Y-junction whose size alteration mainly affects the return loss of the circulator|S_(11)|and isolation|S_(12)|,and the center frequency f_(0) of the circulator shifts to a lower frequency along with its enhanced length L_(Y) or diminished width Wy.The application of double Y-junction can increase the bandwidth of the circulator,and unlike the length L_(Y) of the small Y-junction,its width W_(Y) has little impact on the center frequency f_(0),while reducing the size of the small Y-junction can reduce the insertion loss|S21|,increase the return loss|S_(11)|and the isolation|S_(12)|.
