摘 要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备La和Sm共掺杂的钕铁硼磁体,研究了共掺杂前后磁体的微观结构、磁性能和热稳定性。结果表明,掺杂的La、Sm元素更倾向于进入晶界富Nd相,并没有改变磁体的相组成。与未掺杂磁体相比,掺杂La、Sm的磁体在室温下剩磁和最大磁能积有所提高,但内禀矫顽力有所降低。掺杂La、Sm的磁体在21.6℃至50~200℃范围内的剩磁温度系数α与矫顽力温度系数β的绝对值都低于未掺杂磁体,可见掺杂La、Sm后磁体的热稳定性有所提高。Nd-Fe-B magnets with La-Sm co-doping were prepared by powder metallurgy,and their microstructure,magnetic properties and thermal stability were investigated.The results show that the La-Sm co-doped elements tend to enter the Nd-rich phase at the grain boundary without changing the phase composition of the magnets.Compared with undoped magnets,the remanence and maximum energy product of La-Sm co-doped magnets are increased,but the intrinsic coercivity is decreased at room temperature.The absolute values of remanence temperature coefficientαand coercivity temperature coefficientβof La-Sm co-doped magnets are lower than those of undoped magnets in the range of 21.6℃to 50-200℃.It can be seen that the thermal stability of La-Sm co-doped magnets is improved.
