摘 要:以不同分子量的非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG)和油酸对羟基铁粉进行改性处理,通过扫描电子显微镜和傅立叶红外光谱等手段对处理前后抛光液中羰基铁粉的结构和形貌进行表征,研究其对水基抛光液沉降稳定性的影响。结果表明,改性后的羟基铁粉通过乳液聚合的方法得到水基型磁流变抛光液,其中沉降比最低仅为8.56%,并在重新搅拌后恢复初始性能。利用所配制的磁流变抛光液对K9有机玻璃进行抛光去除函数实验,其抛光去除函数峰值去除率在2.0μm/min以上,其体积去除率在1.4 mm^(3)/min以上,实验结果验证了利用分子量为800的非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇(PEG)所配制的抛光液具有极好的稳定性以及较高的材料去除率,能够保证抛光材料的快速去除。The carbonyl iron powder is modified by non-ionic surfactant polyethylene glycol(PEG)or oleic acid,and its structure and morphology before and after treatment were described by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The influence on the sedimentation stability of water-based polishing fluid was studied.The experiment proves that after the iron powder treatment,the water-based magnetorheological polishing liquid(MRF)is obtained by emulsion polymerization,with the lowest sedimentation ratio of only 8.56%,and the initial performance is restored after re-stirring.The polishing removal function experiment of K9 plexiglass was carried out with the prepared magnetorheological polishing fluid.The peak removal rate of the polishing removal function was more than 2.0μm/min and the volume removal rate was more than 1.4 mm^(3)/min.The results show that the slurry prepared with polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 800 has excellent stability and high removal efficiency,which can ensure the rapid removal of polishing material.
