数字“一带一路”视域下中国与东盟公共卫生安全合作研究

摘　　要：公共卫生安全合作一直是中国与东盟在“一带一路”框架下合作的重要领域,数字“一带一路”则是双方共建“一带一路”的重要组成部分。在此背景下,中国与东盟从打造更高水平的战略伙伴关系、加快医疗基础设施互联互通建设、规范公共卫生安全合作机制等方面出发,加强公共卫生安全合作,共同维护区域安全,推进中国与东盟命运共同体建设。Public health security has always been an important field of cooperation between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)under the Belt and Road Initiative.In the Initiative jointly advanced by the two sides,the digital Belt and Road serves an essential part.In this context,China and ASEAN are strengthening cooperation in public health security,jointly maintaining regional security and building the China-ASEAN community with a,shared future.They aim to build a higher-level strategic partnership,accelerate the connegtivity ofmedical infrastructure and standardize the mechanism for cooperation in public healthsecurity.
