摘　　要：脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利是中华民族发展史上前所未有的伟大壮举。因此,留下新时代脱贫攻坚印记,记录展示在新时代党的治疆方略指引下,新疆全面完成脱贫攻坚的成功经验和取得的治理成效,具有重要的历史价值。笔者以新疆的脱贫攻坚实践为例,阐述了年鉴记述脱贫攻坚应把握的重点,并就如何在篇目上体现提出若干建议。It is an unprecedented great feat in the history of the Development of Chinese nation to achieve the comprehensive victory in poverty alleviation.Therefore,leaving the mark of poverty alleviation in the new era,recording and showing that under the guidance of the party’s strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era,Xinjiang has fully completed the successful experience of poverty alleviation and achieved governance results have important historical value.The author takes Xinjiang’s poverty alleviation practice as an example,expounds the key points that should be grasped in the yearbook’s description of poverty alleviation,and puts forward a number of suggestions on how to reflect it in the articles.
