摘　　要：随着到2020年"两全目标"基本完成,全国地方志工作"修志编鉴"两项主业转变为一段时间里只有"编鉴"一项主业,年鉴事业发展迎来了一个宝贵的重要窗口机遇期。党的十九届五中全会确立了"十四五"时期经济社会发展以推动高质量发展为主线的战略部署,为年鉴事业发展提供了基本遵循,也为进一步深入实施中国年鉴精品工程指明了方向。笔者全面梳理近年来中国年鉴精品工程引领的中国精品年鉴建设的实践创造,总结经验,分析存在的主要问题,提出坚持精品理念、探索打造模式、完善质量机制、发挥专家作用、深化学术研讨、做好宣传推广等建议,为科学谋划好下一步的中国精品年鉴建设、引领推动年鉴事业走上高质量发展道路提供有益参考。With the accomplishment of the"two goals"by 2020,the two main tasks of local Chronicles of"compiling and editing"have been changed into only one major task in a period of time,and the development of yearbook has ushered in a precious and important period of opportunity.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of CPC established the strategic deployment of promoting high-quality development as the main line of economic and social development during the14 th Five-year Plan period,which provided the basic guideline for the development of the yearbook and pointed out the direction for further implementing the high-quality project of Chinese Yearbook.The author comprehensively combs the practice and creation of the construction of Chinese highquality yearbook led by Chinese High-quality Yearbook Project in recent years,summarizes the experience,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward suggestions of adhering to the concept of high-quality yearbook,exploring the creating model,improving the quality mechanism,giving play to the role of experts,academic study in depth,and doing a good job in publicity and promotion.It provides useful reference for scientific planning of construction of Chinese high-quality yearbook of next step,leading and promoting the career of yearbook on the road to high-quality development.
