特色小镇与全域旅游融合创新发展路径探索——基于皖北地区的分析

摘　　要：城镇化是解决我国“三农问题”的重要途径,特色小镇建设则是新时期城镇化发展的主要推动力。特色小镇与全域旅游融合发展,关键在于要把小镇建设融入全域旅游整体规划中,以全域旅游理念指导提升特色小镇的建设品质,推动特色小镇“产业+旅游”的深度融合发展。皖北作为经济相对欠发达地区,特色城镇建设要把握小镇核心产业的发展总体方向,协调好政府、企业及其居民的相关利益,着力打造特色小镇利益共同体,注重“三生”融合和区域联动建设,以促进安徽省特色小镇建设的整体协调发展。Urbanization is an important way to solve"Three agricultural problems"in China,and the construction of characteristic towns is the main driving force of urbanization development in the new period.The key to the integra-ted development of characteristic towns and holistic tourism is to integrate town construction into the overall planning of holistic tourism.The construction quality of characteristic towns under the guidance of the holistic tourism concept is improved to promote the in-depth integration of industry and tourism development of characteristic towns.As a re-latively underdeveloped area,the construction of characteristic towns in northern Anhui region should grasp the overall development direction of core industries in characteristic towns,coordinate the relevant interests of the government,enterprises and residents,focus on building a community of interests in characteristic towns,and pay attention to the integrated development of"three life"and regional linkage construction to promote the overall coordinated development of characteristic towns in Anhui province.
