摘　　要：晚清政局中官僚士大夫扮演着近代社会思想流变的重要角色。这一社会群体不仅在言行举止间暴露出晚清危局将至的官场百态,且以不尽相同的处世之法与晚清社会形成“默契的合奏”。对于官僚士大夫自身来说,既要“上慰圣心”又要“下安黎庶”,且须与时势达成一致的“合拍协奏”,这无疑不是一件容易的事情。晚清官员邓华熙即在此情势下走上了一条顺应时势且为民请愿的求全之路。这不仅是睿智明理之举,更是走进符合普通黎庶“心声”的“理想世界”。邓华熙践行的“幸运”官路得益于对时局的精准预判,但究其根本则更多倚仗于体恤民意的赤子之心。邓华熙为政的初心与坚守,在一定程度上打破了传统观念中晚清官僚士大夫“腐朽”与“不作为”的刻板印象,这已然构成了观察晚清官僚士大夫仕宦生活的新视角。In the political situation of the late Qing Dynasty,scholar-bureaucrats played an important role in the evolution of modern social thought.This social group not only exposed the aspects of the impending officialdom in the late Qing Dynasty,but also formed a"tacit ensemble"with the late Qing society by their different ways of life.For the scholar-bureaucrats themselves,it was not an easy thing to"please the monarch"and"appease the common people"at the same time,and to reach agreement with the situation as well.Deng Huaxi,an official in the late Qing Dynasty,embarked on a perfect path that both followed the situation and petitioned the people.This is not only a wise and sensible move,but also an"ideal world"in line with the"voice"of ordinary people.Deng Huaxi′s"lucky"official road benefited from the accurate prediction of the current situation,but ultimately,it is more dependent on his devotion to the people.Deng Huaxi′s original intention and persistence in politics,to a certain extent,broke the stereotype of"decadent"and"inaction"of the bureaucracy in the late Qing Dynasty in the traditional concept,which formed a new perspective to observe the official life of the bureaucracy in the late Qing Dynasty.
