摘　　要：目的:揭示中国大学生心理健康筛查量表目前的解释标准的问题并提出优化方案。方法:在对量表目前的结果解释标准分析的基础上提出新的解释标准,并以某大学2017-2019年度24416份新生心理测试数据为研究样本,对不同解释标准下的结果进行对比分析。结果:(1)在维度分数处于中等水平范围时,现有的解释标准面临着心理意涵迥异的选择能够得到相同的维度总分从而使得结果难以解释的困扰,并且该标准还会造成对一级筛查指标相关的风险的高估以及对有些二级和三级筛查指标相关风险的明显低估,而新的解释标准避免了上述问题;(2)通过适当提高心理问题认定的准入门槛或者压缩二级筛查指标,新的解释标准可以把问卷测试后重点关注和筛查的对象缩小到合适的范围。结论:与现有的主要以各维度总分为依据的问卷结果解释标准相比,直接基于问卷维度题目得分的结果解释标准更合理。Objective:To reveal the problems in the present explanation criteria of the results of the Chinese College Students’Mental Health Screening Scale and provide more reasonable solutions.Methods:Based on the analysis of the present explanation criteria of questionnaire results,several new explanation criteria were proposed,and taking 24416 freshmen’s psychological test data of a university from 2017 to 2019 as the research sample,the explanation results under different explanation criteria were analyzed.Results:(1)When the dimension score was in the middle range,the present explanation criteria faced the trouble that the same score of dimension probably came from choices combination of different psychological meaning which made the result difficult to explain,and this explanation criteria also resulted in an overestimation of the risks associated with the highest dangerous grade screening measures and a significant underestimation of the risks associated with some secondary and tertiary dangerous grade screening measures,and the new explanation criteria avoided the above problems.(2)The new explanation criteria could narrow down the focus and screening objects to an appropriate range by properly raising the entry threshold for determination of mental health problem or compressing the secondary screening indicators.Conclusion:Compared with the present explanation criteria which is mainly based on the dimension score,the new explanation criteria which is directly based on the item scores is more reasonable.
