摘　　要：目的:探讨主观经济地位与心理弹性如何影响应激感受与老年抑郁之间的关系。方法:360名社区老年人经简明精神状态检查量表排除认知障碍入组,入组被试完成老年抑郁问卷、压力知觉问卷、主观经济地位问卷、心理弹性量表等系列自评量表。结果:心理弹性部分中介应激感受与老年抑郁之间的关系;主观经济地位调节了应激感受与老年抑郁之间的关系。结论:应激感受通过心理弹性影响老年抑郁,主观经济地位可调节应激感受与心理弹性、应激感受与老年抑郁间的关系。Objective:This study was aimed to investigate how resilience and subjective economic status affect the association between perceived stress and late-life depression.Methods:A cohort of 360 community-dwelling elderly adults were included in this research after excluding recognitive impairment with Mini Mental State Examination,and all the included participants have completed a sequence of self-reported scales such as Geriatric Depression Scale,Perceived Stress Scale,Subjective Economic Status,and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.Results:Resilience partially mediated the relationship between perceived stress and late-life depression.Subjective economic status moderated the relationship between perceived stress and late-life depression.Conclusion:Perceived stress has a moderated mediating effect on late-life depression,affecting late-life depressive through resilience,and subjective economic status could moderate the relationship between perceived stress and resilience,perceived stress and late-life depression.
