摘　　要：简析"平疫结合"的含义,将综合医院"平疫结合"设计过程中给排水主要设计内容归纳为3类,分别阐述其"平"转"疫"的主要特点.根据历次的主要设计导则、文件或标准,提出综合医院"平疫结合"给排水设计适用的设计要点,在给水、排水、消防给水等系统中总结了可形成综合医院"平疫结合"设计长效措施的心得和建议.This paper briefly analyzes the meaning of"combination of peacetime and epidemic period",summarizes the main design contents of water supply and drainage on "combination of peacetime and epidemic period"for general hospital into three categories,and expounds the main characteristics of the transformation from "peacetime"to"epidemic period".According to the main previous design guidelines,documents or standards,the main design points of water supply and drainage on"combination of peacetime and epidemic period"for general hospital are put forward.In the systems such as water supply,drainage,fire water supply and so on,this paper summarizes the experiences and suggestions that can form the long-term measures of"combination of peacetime and epidemic period"design for general hospital.
