摘　　要：金融资本帝国是支配全球化的主导力量。在新科技革命时代,金融资本帝国得到某些方面的加强,包括其剥夺性、寄生性、腐朽性和反动性也得到了加强,使金融资本帝国进入其自身的晚期大危机时代。在晚期金融资本帝国时代,人权、自由、平等、个体自足、契约精神、程序正义、大社会小政府等自由主义的现代性理念遭遇危机,右翼民粹主义崛起,全球乱局加剧。与此同时,中国道路在发展生产力、消除贫困、抗击疫情、制衡霸权、稳定世界经济、推动全球治理等方面,表现出社会主义制度的优势和潜能,重塑了现代性。在金融资本帝国的上升时期,西方国家的社会运动和后发国家的现代化道路探索都深受自由主义影响,而这一切都在晚期金融资本帝国时代悄然发生着变化,这更凸显了中国对社会主义道路探索的世界历史意义。第三届世界马克思主义大会的国外学者们对晚期金融资本帝国时代现代性转向的新格局做了多方面的阐述。Financial empire is the dominant force of globalization. While the productive accumulation of financial capital promoted the technology revolution and the expansion of globalization,the parasitic accumulation of financial capital led to the impoverishment of the working class and the hierarchical structure of globalization. The accumulation crisis of financial empire has led to the rise of right-wing populism and make the following liberal concepts fall into crisis: human rights,freedom,equality,individual self-sufficiency,contractual spirit,procedural justice,private autonomy,restricted public power,large society and small government. In contrast to the above,China ’s path of socialism has demonstrated the advantages of socialist system with Chinese characteristics in terms of developing productivity,eradicating poverty,fighting the epidemic,checking and balancing hegemony,stabilizing the world economy,and promoting global governance. Moreover,China’s path of socialism has given socialist meaning to modernity and reshaped modernity. In the post-financial crisis era, the class consciousness of the western working class is reawakening,and the developing countries on the road to modernization are seeking socialism. This makes China’s pursuit of the path of socialism with distinctive Chinese features take on global significance. International scholars from more than 20 countries and regions attended the Third World Congress on Marxism and shared their views.
