车灯用聚氨酯热熔胶应用性能研究

摘　　要：从聚氨酯热熔胶生产批次黏度稳定性、车灯装配线出胶量稳定性、初始粘接强度、完全固化后粘接强度、通用GMW 16506—2015标准要求和雾化值六个方面对车灯用聚氨酯热熔胶性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:车灯用聚氨酯热熔胶生产黏度稳定,使用时出胶量稳定,初始粘接强度和完全固化后粘接强度高;各项粘接力指标完全达到通用GMW 16506—2015标准技术指标要求,并且雾化值低,满足车灯装配线使用要求和车灯实际路况粘接要求。The properties of polyurethane hot melt adhesive for car lamp were studied from six aspects,which included the viscosity stability of production batch,the stability of adhesive flowing of lamp assembly line,the initial bonding strength,the bonding strength after complete curing,the requirements of General GMW 16506—2015 standard,and the fogging value.The research results showed that polyurethane hot melt adhesive for car lamp had stable production viscosity,stable flowing during using,high initial bonding strength and high bonding strength after complete curing.All bonding strength indicators fully met the technical requirements of General GMW 16506—2015 standard.And the fogging value was low,which could meet the requirements of lamp assembly line and actual road conditions of car lamp.
