高剪切强度EP压注胶在混凝土裂缝修复中的应用

摘　　要：以环氧树脂(EP)为主料,利用聚氨酯预聚物提升其剪切强度,添加稀释剂、固化剂与促进剂等试剂,制备高剪切强度EP压注胶。根据国家应用相关标准测定其黏度、适用期、抗压强度与拉伸剪切强度等。研究结果表明:相较于单官能团稀释剂,多官能团稀释剂固化物的本体抗压性能与粘接性能更优;当w(聚氨酯预聚物)=18%时,样本的抗压强度与粘接强度分别达到上限值94.9和4.4 MPa,同时可通过改变促进剂用量调整固化时间。Taking epoxy resin(EP)as the main material,using polyurethane prepolymer to increase its shear strength,and adding diluent,curing agent and accelerator and other reagents,high shear strength EP pressure grouting adhesive was prepared. The viscosity,pot life,compressive strength and tensile shear strength were determined according to relevant national application standards. The research results showed that compared with mono-functional diluent,multi-functional diluent had better bulk compression performance and bonding performance. When w(polyurethane prepolymer)=18%,the compressive strength and bonding strength of the sample reached the upper limit values of 94.9 and 4.4 MPa,respectively. At the same time,the curing time could be adjusted by changing the amount of accelerator.
