摘 要:通过比照国外同类产品的技术指标,运用分析和综合的论证法,得出了一种双轨高速紫外光固化厌氧密封胶粘剂概念;并针对厌氧固化体系的各成分进行了一系列对比试验和分析,测试了各种单体的光敏活性,对不同光引发剂的效果进行了评估。研究结果表明:光敏和厌氧预聚物均可采用2-苯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯(PHEOA),辅以几种能够有效调节产品性能的多官能团单体,可在简化经典配方的同时,有效减少或消除液体残留;使用光引发剂Irgacure 184(HCHPK)可最终制备清澈透明的固化密封胶,在实现深层固化的同时,又可显示出更好的外观;在不加入专门光稳定剂的条件下,丙烯酸(AA)可充当体系稳定剂,抑制各型引发剂在常态下自由基的释放;探索并优化了传统UV厌氧密封胶的经典配方,让它更适用于现代大规模自动化工艺下小型工件的高速封装,为双轨固化机制的密封胶在高速密封小型工件上的可行性提供了支撑。By comparing the technical indicators of similar foreign products and using the method of analysis and comprehensive demonstration,a concept of dual-track high-speed ultraviolet curing anaerobic sealing adhesive was obtained.A series of comparative tests and analysis were carried out for each component of the anaerobic curing system.The photosensitive activity of various monomers was tested,and the effects of different photoinitiators were evaluated.The research results showed that both photosensitive and anaerobic prepolymers could use 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate(PHEOA),and supplemented by several multifunctional monomers which could effectively adjust the product performance.It could effectively reduce or eliminate liquid residues while simplifying the classic formula.Clear and transparent curing sealant could be finally prepared by using photoinitiator Irgacure 184(HCHPK),which could not only achieve deep curing,but also show a better appearance.Without adding a special light stabilizer,acrylic acid(AA)could act as system stabilizer,inhibiting the release of free radicals of various initiators under normal conditions.Exploring and optimizing the classic formula of traditional ultraviolet anaerobic sealant made it more suitable for high-speed packaging of small work piece under modern large-scale automation processes,which provided support for the feasibility of dual-track curing mechanism sealants for highspeed sealing of small work piece.
