摘  要:研究了电磁强化处理对硬质合金涂层刀具物理性能、微观组织、残余应力及切削性能的影响。结果表明,电磁强化对硬质合金磁性能及力学性能均无明显影响,却使刀具寿命提升了18.9%,相同切削时间的后刀面磨损量减小了27%。通过XRD测试刀具残余应力,结果表明电磁强化降低了刀具刃边的残余应力。通过SEM表征刀具微观组织,发现电磁强化提高了材料致密性,减少了微裂纹数量,从而可提高刀具的抗崩损能力。此外,电磁强化刀具切削表面吸附的球形纳米氧化物颗粒起到了减少摩擦、提升刀具抗磨损能力的作用。The effects of electromagnetic enhancement treatment on physical properties,microstructure,residual stress and cutting performance of cemented carbide coated tools were studied.The results show that electromagnetic enhancement has no obvious effect on the magnetic and mechanical properties of cemented carbides,but the tool life is increased by 18.9%,and the flank wear loss of the tool is reduced by 27% for the same cutting time.The residual stress of the tool was measured by XRD.And the results show that electromagnetic enhancement reduces the residual stress of the cutting edge.The microstructure of the tool was characterized by SEM.And it is found that the density of the material is improved by electromagnetic enhancement,and the number of microcracks is reduced,which can improve the anti-collapse ability of the tool.In addition,the spherical nano-oxide particles adsorbed on the cutting surface of the electromagnetically enhanced tool play a role in reducing friction and improving the wear resistance of the tool.
