摘  要:目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)预测新生儿高胆红素血症早期脑损伤和预后的价值。方法选择2018年1月-2019年6月吉林省妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的240例新生儿高胆红素患儿,所有患儿均接受aEEG检测、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测及临床随访结果进行相关性分析。结果 174例患儿aEEG异常,其中轻度异常166例,重度异常8例。12月龄随访时,有28例轻度异常,无一例后遗症发生;aEEG重度异常者7例,仍全部异常,其中3例轻度异常,4例仍重度异常,2例存在不同程度的后遗症。结论 aEEG利于脑损伤的早期判断,便于及时治疗。可有效预警胆红素脑病(ABE)的发生,从而减少不可逆性胆红素脑损伤。Objective To explore the value of amplitude integrated aEEG in predicting early brain injury and prognosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Chose from January 2018 to June 2019, 240 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected from the Department of Neonatology of Jilin maternal and child health hospital, All the children received aEEG detection, brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) detection and clinical follow-up results for correlation analysis.Results The aEEG of 174 children were abnormal, including 166 mild abnormal cases and 8 severe abnormal cases.The patients were followed up for 1 year, there were 28 cases of mild abnormalities, no sequelae occurred, all of the 7 patients with severe abnormal aEEG were still abnormal, there were 3 cases with mild abnormality, there were 4 cases were still severe abnormal, and 2 case with different degrees of sequelae.Conclusion aEEG is helpful for early diagnosis and timely treatment of brain injury. It can effectively warn the occurrence of bilirubin encephalopathy and reduce irreversible bilirubin brain injury.
