摘 要:微创技术逐渐成为关节周围骨折手术发展的重点方向。目前的胫骨平台骨折微创手术技术,可分为闭合式和切开式两类,闭合式微创主要适应证为SchatzkerⅠ〜Ⅲ型部分病例,切开式微创则广泛应用于绝大多数胫骨平台骨折病例。本文在微创复位骨折、微创内固定、微创术后康复、微创并发症、微创取出内固定等方面进行了回顾分析,并展望了胫骨平台骨折微创技术未来的重点发展方向。Minimally invasive technique has gradually become the focus of periarticular fracture surgery.The current minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fractures may be divided into two categories:the closed minimally invasive surgery and open minimally invasive surgery.The main indications of the closed minimally invasive surgery are Schatzker type Ⅰ〜Ⅲ tibial plateau fractures,while open min-imally invasive surgery is widely used in most cases of tibial plateau fractures.In this paper,we reviewed and analyzed the minimally invasive reduction,minimally invasive internal fixation,postoperative rehabilitation,complications after minimally invasive surgery,minimally invasive removal of internal fixation,and give an expectation to the future of minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fractures.
