摘 要:通过对植物源羊脂酸与3种商用除草剂多靶标协同除草效果的研究分析,为扩大杀草谱、提高除草效果、延缓除草剂抗性的发生与发展提供参考。采用室内和田间生物测定方法,评价了羊脂酸与3种商用除草剂(精喹禾灵、二甲四氯钠和敌草快)复配制剂的联合作用效果。室内药效试验结果显示:羊脂酸与精喹禾灵、二甲四氯钠和敌草快按不同比例混配后,对各供试杂草表现为加成或增效作用。羊脂酸与精喹禾灵以37.22∶1或2.32∶1比例混配,与二甲四氯钠以1.91∶1比例混配,与敌草快以2.68∶1比例混配为最佳混配比例。田间药效试验结果显示:当羊脂酸与3种商用除草剂以最佳复配比例混用时,混配防效均优于其对应单剂的防效。羊脂酸和3种商用除草剂多靶标协同作用,结合了4种单剂的优点,对禾本科、阔叶杂草等农田杂草具有较好的防除效果。The control effect of multi-target collaborative weeding with botanical caprylic acid and three commercial herbicides was investigated and analyzed in order to provide reference for expanding herbicidal spectrum,enhancing weeding effect and delaying the development of herbicide resistance.In this experiment,the effects of mixtures(caprylic acid mixed with quizalofop-p-ethyl,MCPA-Na and diquat)on weed control were evaluated by bioassay method in laboratory and field.In laboratory test,the results showed that the joint control effects were either additive or synergistic by mixing caprylic acid with quizalofop-p-ethyl,MCPA-Na and diquat respectively based on the different content of active components.The optimum ratios of caprylic acid and quizalofop-p-ethy were 37.22∶1 or 2.32∶1,caprylic acid and MCPA-Na were 1.91∶1,and caprylic acid and diquat were 2.68∶1,respectively.In the field efficacy experiment,the weed control efficacy of the mixture with optimal mass ratio was higher than that of either single agent.The synergistic action of caprylic acid and three other herbicides combined the advantages of 4 single herbicides.The mixtures had a good control to gramineae,broadleaf weeds,and other weeds in dry land.
