摘 要:以紫娟、云抗10号、云茶1号、云抗14号4个云南大叶茶树品种为试验材料,选用ABT1号生根粉100 mg/kg对茶树插穗浸泡处理0.5 h,以空白处理为对照,研究了ABT1号生根粉对大叶茶树内源激素水平及扦插生根的影响,结果表明:(1)生根时间:愈伤组织出现时间空白处理和ABT处理以云抗10号最早,紫娟最晚;生根时间空白处理紫娟最早,云抗14号最晚,ABT处理紫娟最早,云抗10号最晚。(2)内源激素水平:ABT处理后,愈伤组织内源激素水平:IAA含量云茶1号降低,其他3个品种均提高;ABA含量紫娟降低,其他3个品种均提高;GA 4含量云茶1号降低,其他3个品种均提高;4个品种的TZR含量均提高;IAA/ABA值云抗14号降低,其他3个品种均提高。根部内源激素水平:4个品种的IAA、ABA、TZR含量及IAA/ABA值均提高,GA 4含量云抗10号降低,其他3个品种均提高。(3)生根指标:空白处理和ABT处理的愈伤率以云抗10号最高,紫娟最低,生根率和成活率以紫娟最高,云抗14号最低;4个品种的愈伤率指标除了云抗10号的ABT处理低于空白处理外,其他3个品种的愈伤率、生根率和成活率都表现为ABT处理高于空白处理。In order to study the effects of ABT1 rooting powders on endogenous hormone levels and cuttings rooting of big-leaf tea plant,four Yunnan big-leaf tea plant varieties Zijuan,Yunkang 10,Yuncha 1 and Yunkang 14 were used as experimental materials,and 100 mg/kg ABT1 was used to soak tea tree cuttings for 0.5 h.The blank treatment was used as control.The results showed that:(1)Rooting time:Yunkang 10 appeared the earliest,and Zijuan appeared the last under blank treatment and ABT treatment.Zijuan was the earliest in blank treatment.Yunkang 14 was the latest in rooting time,and Zijuan was the earliest in ABT treatment.Yunkang 10 was the latest in rooting time.(2)Content of endogenous hormones:After ABT treatment,the content of IAA in Yuncha 1 decreased,while that in the other three cultivars increased.The content of ABA in Zijuan decreased,but increased in the other three cultivars.The GA 4 content of Yuncha 1 was decreased,while that of the other three varieties was increased.The content of TZR in all four cultivars increased.The IAA/ABA value of Yunkang 14 was decreased,and the other three cultivars were all increased.After ABT treatment,the contents of IAA,ABA,TZR and IAA/ABA of the four cultivars were increased,the content of GA 4 in Yunkang 10 was decreased,and that in the other three cultivars was increased.(3)Rooting indicators:The callus rate of Yunkang 10 was the highest,and that of Zijuan was the lowest in blank treatment and ABT treatment.The rooting rate and survival rate of Zijuan were the highest,and that of Yunkang 14 was the lowest.The callus rate of the four cultivars was lower under ABT treatment than that under blank treatment except Yunkang 10.The callus rate,rooting rate and survival rate of the other three cultivars were higher under ABT treatment than that under blank treatment.
