摘 要:以大豆油为原料,氯化胆碱-甲磺酸形成的低共熔溶剂为催化剂,考察反应温度、催化剂用量、乙酸用量、过氧化氢用量及反应时间等因素对环氧化反应的影响,并通过响应面分析法优化环氧大豆油制备工艺。研究表明,氯化胆碱-甲磺酸低共熔溶剂具有较好的催化环氧化反应性能,以其为催化剂,并通过响应面分析法优化的环氧大豆油最佳合成条件为:反应温度73℃,催化剂量4.8%,H_(2)O_(2)用量为72%,反应时间3.6 h,乙酸用量9%,此条件下,环氧大豆油的环氧值为6.98,该结果与模型预测值基本相符。Soybean oil was used as the raw material,and the deep eutectic solvent(DES)prepared from choline chloride(ChCl)and methanesulfonic acid(MA)was used as the catalyst to investigate the effects of reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,acetic acid dosage,H_(2)O_(2) dosage,reaction time and other factors on epoxidation reaction.Meanwhile,the preparation process of epoxidized soybean oil was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).The results indicated that the DES of ChCl-MA had good catalytic performance for epoxidation.Accordingly,the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:reaction temperature of 73℃,catalyst dosage of 4.8%,acetic acid dosage of 9%,H_(2)O_(2) dosage of 72%and reaction time of 3.6 hours.Under these conditions,the epoxy value of epoxidized soybean oil was 6.98,which was consistent with the predicted value of the model.
