摘　　要：《数学名词(1993)》是新中国数学名词审定工作中的一个阶段性的成果。基于第一届数学名词审定委员会主任田方增的手稿、通信等资料,结合其他文献,本文对此次数学名词审定的程序、原则、方法和审定过程中遇到的一些问题及其解决等作了大致的讨论。Mathematics Terms(1993)is one of the achievements in work of the review and approval of the mathematics terminology under the unified planning of the China National Committee of Natural Science and Technology Terminology since the establishment of PRC.Based on the manuscripts and correspondences of Tian Fangzeng,who was the director of the Committee for Mathematics Terminology,together with other literatures,the paper made some general discussions on the regulations,principles,methods,problems and solutions in the review and approval of the mathematics terminology.
