索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的效果。方法:选取84例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组单用坦索罗辛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用索利那新治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后最大尿流率、平均尿流率、慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的最大尿流率、平均尿流率高于对照组,NIH-CPSI各项评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:索利那新联合坦索罗辛治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者,可提高最大尿流率和平均尿流率,减轻前列腺炎症状,效果优于单用坦索罗辛。Objective:To observe effects of Solifenacin combined with Tamsulosin in treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods:84 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were selected as the research objects,and t were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with single Tamsulosin,while the observation group was treated with Solifenacin on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the maximum urine flow rate,the average urine flow rate,the prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CP-SI)score and the adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum urine flow rate and the average urine flow rate of the observation group after the treatment were higher than those of the control group,the NIH-CP-SI score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Solifenacin combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of the patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis can increase the maximum urine flow rate and the average urine flow rate,and reduce the prostatitis symptoms.Moreover,it is superior to single Tamsulosin.
