常规心电图与动态心电图在冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血诊断中的效能比较

摘　　要：目的:比较常规心电图与动态心电图在冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血诊断中的效能。方法:选取120例冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用常规心电图与动态心电图,以冠脉造影结果为金标准,比较常规心电图与动态心电图在冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血诊断中的检出率和缺血部位的检出率。结果:动态心电图在冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血诊断中的检出率高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态心电图对冠心病患者下壁、侧壁、前间壁与前壁无症状心肌缺血的检出率高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图在冠心病患者无症状心肌缺血诊断中的检出率和缺血部位的检出率均高于常规心电图。Objective:To compare efficacies of conventional electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:120 cases of coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by conventional electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram.Using the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the detection rates of electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and the ischemic locations of the patients with coronary heart disease were compared.Results:The detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in the patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in the inferior wall,lateral wall,anterior septum and anterior wall of the patients with coronary heart disease of dynamic electrocardiogram were higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rates of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and the ischemic location are higher than conventional electrocardiogram.
