国家治理现代化视域下公民有序政治参与路径探究

摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会首次提出实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大命题,它赋予了公民有序政治参与新的时代特征和发展动力,使马克思主义国家政治制度建设和国家治理理论进入了新发展阶段。在新时代背景下要从民主政治建设、社会主义市场经济、多元化社会治理和传统政治文化等方面深入剖析公民有序政治参与路径在发展中存在的困境,积极发展和创新中国特色社会主义民主政治,构建国家治理现代化扎实推进与公民有序政治参与发展互为促进的良好格局,不断巩固和发展国家治理现代化理论和实践成果,为早日实现中国特色社会主义现代化而努力探索。Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee first put forward the major proposition of realizing the modernization of both national governance system and governance capacity,it endows citizens with new era characteristics and development power in participating politic orderly,and then Marxist theory of state political system construction and state governance has entered a new stage of development.In the new era,we should deeply analyze the dilemmas existing in the development of the path of orderly political participation of citizens,actively innovate and develop socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,and build a good pattern in which the modernization of national governance and the orderly political participation of citizens promote each other,to continue consolidating and developing the theoretical and practical achievements of the modernization of state governance and make unremitting efforts to realize the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
