摘 要:在新冠疫情的影响下,严寒地区医院被迫采用自然通风的方式保证室内空气品质。本文通过对严寒地区大型综合医院进行现场测试,检测医院室内空气中主要污染物含量,采用综合指数评价法对医院空气质量进行评价。同时采用对比分析法将实地测试结果与通风后室内污染物浓度对比,发现严寒地区医院通过自然通风的方式换气不仅大大降低了室内人员的热舒适度,而且还容易将室外空气中的污染物带入室内。由此提出严寒地区医院建筑空调系统设计应采用平疫结合的设计思路。本文可作为公共建筑室内污染物控制有效性和室内空气品质优化的依据。Under the influence of COVID-19,hospitals in severe cold areas are forced to adopt natural ventilation to ensure indoor air quality.In this paper,through the field test of large general hospitals in severe cold area,the main pollutants in the indoor air of hospitals were detected,and the comprehensive index evaluation method was used to evaluate the air quality of hospitals.At the same time,a comparative analysis method was used to compare the field test results with the concentration of indoor pollutants after ventilation.It was found that ventilation through natural ventilation in hospitals in severe cold regions not only greatly reduced the thermal comfort of indoor personnel,but also easily brought pollutants from outdoor air into the room.The air conditioning system design of hospital building in severe cold area should adopt the design idea of combining epidemic control.This paper can be used as the basis for the effectiveness of indoor pollutant control and the optimization of indoor air quality in public buildings.
