摘　　要：Lobbying in our days has significant decision-influencing power in many parts of the world.Huge amounts of money are used in connection with it.After a brief conceptual clarification and the introduction of the historical background,I give a summary about the methods and the dangers that arise in practice in many cases,including the difficulties in defining the demarcation between lobbying and corruption,as boundary is often not easily recognizable between the two concepts.
