壮药清解雾化液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究壮药清解雾化液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎(HA)的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年1月该院住院治疗的HA患儿112例,按照就诊号单双随机分为对照组和观察组,其中观察组60例,对照组52例。对照组患儿采用常规对症治疗联合利巴韦林注射液雾化吸入,观察组采用常规对症治疗联合壮药清解雾化液雾化吸入。比较2组患儿疗效及2组患儿治疗后体温恢复时间,口咽部溃疡、疱疹消退时间及总住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时2组患儿发热、口咽部溃疡、疱疹临床症状均明显好转,观察组患儿的体温恢复时间,口咽部溃疡、疱疹消退时间,住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮药清解雾化液联合常规对症治疗HA患儿,能够明显提高治疗效果,显著缩短体温恢复时间,口咽部溃疡、疱疹消退时间及住院时间,促进患儿康复。Objective To study the effect of Zhuang medicine Qingjie atomized liquid in the treatment of herpetic angina(HA)in children.Methods A total of 112 children with HA who were hospitalized in this hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to their medical number.There were 60 cases in the observation group and 52 cases in the control group.Children in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment combined with aerosol inhalation of ribavirin injection.The observation group used conventional symptomatic treatment combined with Zhuang medicine Qingjie atomized liquid inhalation.The curative effect of the two groups of children and the time of body temperature recovery,oropharyngeal ulcer,herpes resolution time and total hospital stay were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of fever,oropharyngeal ulcers,and herpes in the two groups were all improved significantly when they were discharged from the hospital.The body temperature recovery time,oropharyngeal ulcer,herpes resolution time,and hospitalization time of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhuang medicine Qingjie atomized liquid and conventional symptomatic treatment of children with HA can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,significantly shorten the body temperature recovery time,oropharyngeal ulcers,herpes resolution time and hospital stay,and promote the recovery of children.
