摘 要:目的建立超高效液相色谱法测定不同厂家丹皮酚软膏中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法采用ACQUITY UPLC®BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-水为流动相(体积比45:55),流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1),检测波长274 nm,进样量1μL,柱温35℃。结果丹皮酚浓度在1.06~84.80 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992)。丹皮酚高、中、低浓度的平均加标回收率分别为98.3%,100.9%,104.3%。结论该方法稳定可靠、灵敏度较高、重现性好,可用于丹皮酚软膏的质量控制。Objective To develop an UPLC method to determine the contents of paeonol in the compound paeonol cream from different manufacturers.Methods The analyses were performed on an ACQUITY UPLC®BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(45:55 V/V)at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm,the injection volume was 1μL,and the column temperature was 35℃.Results Paeonol had a good linear relation in the range of 1.06-84.80 mg/L(r=0.9992).The average recoveries of high,medium,and low concentrations of paeonol were 98.3%,100.9%and 104.3%,respectively.Conclusions The method is found to be stable,reliable,sensitive and reproducible.The method can be applied for quality control for the compound paeonol cream.
