摘　　要：本文基于社会交换理论和前景理论,从民营企业视角深入分析了关系嵌入性对民营企业合作意愿的作用机制,并在此基础上考察机会主义感知与合作风险感知的链式中介作用。以收集的306份数据为样本,运用结构方程模型对所提假设进行实证检验。结果表明:关系嵌入性对合作意愿存在显著的正向影响;机会主义感知与合作风险感知在关系嵌入性对合作意愿的影响过程中具有链式中介作用。最后本文基于研究结论,提出了提高民营企业合作意愿的实践建议。According to relevant researches,the participation of private enterprises plays a vital role in boosting the efficiency of PPP projects.However,private enterprises,important parties for social capital,only occupy a relatively low share of PPP market in China.Furthermore,there is a large gap between private enterprises and state-owned enterprises.In response to the low participation of private enterprises,existing researches have explored the barriers of private enterprises to participate in PPP projects from macro-environmental factors,project factors,and government factors.As a result,the economic level of the country,profits and risks of projects,prejudices of the government and the natural monopoly of state-owned enterprises can give rise to the decreased participation willingness of private enterprises.However,since these researches mainly conduct questionnaire surveys or apply methods to specific projects for targeted discussions,they are short of constructing theoretical models and empirical researches.In order to figure out the low participation of private enterprises,this paper interprets cooperative willingness of private enterprises.In other words,this paper regards cooperative willingness as the research object,starts from the perspective of private enterprises,explores the influencing factors and influencing paths of private enterprises’participation,theoretically discusses private enterprises’participation behavior and conducts empirical verification.Based on the Social Exchange Theory and Prospect Theory,this research proposes the relational embeddedness affecting the participation of private enterprises from the perspective of informal contracts and implicit incentives.With the construction of a chained mediation model,this paper explores the mechanism of relational embeddedness affecting cooperation willingness,proposes a dual governance path to solve the low cooperative willingness of private enterprises,namely"relational embeddedness-opportunistic behavior of government departments-cooperati
