摘 要:在关键链多项目管理中,由使用瓶颈资源的关键工序组成的系统关键链制约着整个多项目系统的运行。为了提高系统关键链的工作效率,本文提出了一种基于关键工序综合优先级的能力约束缓冲分配模型和两阶段监控预警模型。首先根据项目管理者的主观优先级和关键工序的客观优先级对能力约束缓冲进行分配,然后结合缓冲消耗情况和关键工序的平均工作速度进行动态缓冲监控,将缓冲监控和缓冲剩余量预测相结合。仿真结果表明,该能力约束缓冲分配及两阶段监控模型有利于减少缓冲消耗,缩短工期并提升系统关键链的完工保证率。The rapid development of the economy has intensely increased the market competition.Thus,the requirements for project management have drastically increased,demanding lower costs,shorter project duration,and a higher rate of on-time completion.With the increasing complexity of modernized projects,the traditional critical path project management methods have been unable to meet the requirements of modern project managers.As a result,a new project management method—Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)was discovered.At present,most research studies on the Critical Chain Project Management focus on a single project management,but with the development of the economy and society,more and more production and operation modes require multiproject management,and the critical chain management method is encouraged to exert its advantages on the multi-project management field,so as to improve multi-project management performance.Therefore,this paper studies the application of the critical chain management in the multi-project management environment,and introduces the management idea of single projects into multi-projects.First,the proposed method eliminated the bottleneck resource conflicts and identified the critical chain.Centralized-decentralized capacity constraint buffer was then set up.A two-stage monitoring and early warning method is eventually adopted to manage the multi-project system,so that we could ensure the multi-project was implemented as planned.The first part studied the identification of the system critical chain and the setting of the capacity constraint buffer.The critical chain of the multi-project system is defined according to the critical chain definition,and the capacity constraint buffer was set to provide protection for the system critical chain.The proposed method first extracted the safety time and determined the size of centralized capacity constraint buffer,and then used a combination of subjective level priority and objective level priority to determine the comprehensive priority of critic
