摘 要:研究不同品种甘薯主要农艺性状与单株产量关系,发掘甘薯品种资源生产潜能,筛选适宜江西种植的甘薯品种,为甘薯育种农艺性状选择提供理论依据。选取2020年种植于南昌市南昌县28个地方甘薯品种资源,对其9个主要农艺性状作变异性、相关性、聚类和灰色关联分析。结果表明,甘薯9个农艺性状变异系数为14.7%~65.0%,其中单株产量变异系数最大,为65.0%。各性状间存在不同程度关联,单株产量与单株结薯数呈极显著正相关,与基部分枝数呈显著正相关,但与节间长呈显著负相关。聚类分析将28个品种在欧式距离7.5处划分为4类,其中第Ⅱ类群包含8份种质,具有综合性状表现优良、单株结薯数多、产量潜力较大的特点;第Ⅳ类群仅有社岗红薯,该品种茎粗、基部分枝数多、产量高。单株产量与主要农艺性状关联度排序为单株结薯数>基部分枝数>茎直径>大薯率>主蔓长>干物率>中薯率>节间长。综合评价结果显示,社岗红薯、铁石口菜薯和辛岭红心薯在加权关联度排序中居前3,综合表现优良,为适宜江西甘薯生产的优良品种。The relationship between main agronomic traits and yield per plant of different varieties of sweet potato was studied,and the production potential of sweet potato variety resources was explored,and suitable sweet potato varieties for planting in Jiangxi Province were screened to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of agronomic characters in sweet potato breeding.Total 28 local sweet potato varieties were planted in Nanchang County,Nanchang City in 2020 and were selected as materials to carry out variability analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and grey correlation analysis on the nine main agronomic traits.The results showed that the variation coefficient of the nine agronomic traits ranged from 14.7%to 65.0%.The highest coefficient of variation emerged in yield per plant,which was 65.0%.There were different degrees of correlation among the agronomic traits.The yield per plant was significantly positively correlated with tuber number per plant(P<0.01),and number of basal branches(P<0.05),but significantly negatively correlated with internode length(P<0.05).The28 sweet potato varieties were divided into four groups at the location of 7.5 Euclidean through cluster analysis,and the groupⅡconsisted of eight germplasms,which had the excellent comprehensive characters of many tubers per plant and the high-yield potential.GroupⅣcontained only Shegang Hongshu,which was characterized by thick stem,lager number of basal branches and high yield.The correlation degree between yield per plant and main agronomic traits ranked as follows,tuber number per plant>number of basal branches>stem diameter>ratio of large tuber>main vine length>dry matter content>ratio of medium tuber>internode length.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that Shegang Hongshu,Tieshikou Caishu,and Xinling Hongxinshu ranked the top third in the order of weighted correlation coefficient.The comprehensive performance of Shegang Hongshu,Tieshikou Caishu and Xinling Hongxinshu were excellent and suitable for sweet potato producti
