摘　　要：随着中国市场经济和新一轮的信息技术的发展,传统的物流行业与互联网金融相结合,新趋势下的产业融合应运而生。文中从互联网金融的发展大环境入手,充分阐述了互联网金融趋势下物流行业的发展现状,寻找互联网金融下物流行业存在的技术风险和监管风险,探究解决方案和应对措施。其次在研究文献中既有的理论和实践基础上结合物流行业当前经营存在的问题,以及互联网金融新趋势下发展的困境,得出具有操作性的应对策略,对互联网金融新趋势下物流行业的积极发展具有重要意义。With the development of China s market economy and a new round of information technology,the traditional logistics industry has combined with Internet finance,and the industrial integration under the new trend emerges at this historic moment.Starting from the development environment of Internet finance,this paper fully expounds the development of logistics industry under the trend of Internet finance,looks for the technical risks and regulatory risks existing in the logistics industry under the trend of Internet finance,and explores solutions and countermeasures.Based on the existing theories and practices in the research literatures,combined with the problems existing in the current operation of the logistics industry and the development difficulties under the new trend of Internet finance,an operational response strategy is obtained,which is of great significance to the positive development of the logistics industry under the new trend of Internet finance.
