摘　　要：考虑由奶牛养殖业和乳品加工业构成的乳品供应链,依据2013-2017年中国31个省份的面板数据,构建了基于超越对数生产函数的两阶段随机前沿模型,分析中国乳品供应链的技术效率。结果表明:中国乳品供应链效率较低,各产区差异明显,大城市周边产区和东北、内蒙古产区奶牛养殖业和乳品加工业效率均高于其他产区,南方产区奶牛养殖业是瓶颈,华北产区奶牛养殖业略低于全国平均水平,需要进一步发展,西北产区两阶段都亟待加强。奶牛养殖业生产的原奶对于乳品加工业已冗余。奶牛养殖业处在规模报酬递增阶段,农村常住人口对其效率有显著的负面影响,改良种用牛进口量对其效率有显著正向效果。乳品加工业处于规模报酬递减阶段,社会消费品零售总额和乳制品进口额对效率有显著正向效果。Considering the dairy supply chain composed of dairy farming industry and dairy processing industry,based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2017,a two-stage stochastic frontier model based on the trans-logarithmic production function is constructed to analyze the technical efficiency of China's dairy supply chain.The results show that the efficiency of China s dairy supply chain is low,and the production areas differ significantly.The efficiency of dairy farming and dairy processing in the surrounding production areas of large cities and the production areas in the northeast and Inner Mongolia is higher than that in other production areas.The bottleneck is that the dairy farming industry in the production area of North China is slightly lower than the national average,which needs further development.Both stages in the northwest production area need to be strengthened urgently.The raw milk produced by the dairy farming industry is redundant for the dairy processing industry.The dairy farming industry is in the stage of increasing returns to scale.The rural resident population has a significant negative impact on its efficiency.Improving the import volume of breeding cattle has a significant positive effect on its efficiency.The dairy processing industry is in a stage of diminishing returns to scale,and the total retail sales of consumer goods and dairy product imports have a significant positive effect on efficiency.
