摘 要:运用DEA-Malmquist全要素生产率指数方法,对长三角地区9个供应链试点城市2009-2018年的物流效率分别进行了静态和动态的测算。实证结果表明:观测期内,九市的综合效率整体偏低,仅有少数城市属于规模效率和纯技术效率“双高型”,全要素生产率十年期内平均下降2. 8%,制约其上升的主要原因是技术进步效率的下降。长三角各供应链试点城市应重视科技创新应用,加大城市间的协同发展以扩大规模效益,同时政府应有序引导资源要素的合理配置。Using DEA-Malmquist total factor productivity index method,the static and dynamic logistics efficiency of nine supply chain pilot cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2009 to 2018 are measured respectively.The empirical results show that in the observation period,the comprehensive efficiency of the nine cities is low and only a few belong to the city range ShuangGaoXing,which means both of the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency are high.The total factor productivity declined at an average annual rate of 2.8%over the past ten years,and the decline in the technological progress efficiency was the main reason restricting its rise.The pilot cities of the supply chain in the Yangtze River Delta should attach importance to the application of scientific and technological innovation,increase the coordinated development among cities to expand the economies of scale,and the government should guide the rational allocation of resource elements in an orderly manner.
