摘　　要：目前的有线电视业务还离不开机顶盒,机顶盒遥控器的外形、按键和码值设计是提升用户体验的重要因素之一。晋中广电网络对机顶盒遥控器进行了优化,去掉了冗余的按键,改变了遥控器外形和手感,兼顾了中老年用户和年轻用户的操作体验;同时,考虑多种电子设备遥控器间的干扰,设计了主备两套码值,增强了网络适应性。The current cable TV business is inseparable from the set-top box.The shape,key and code value design of the set-top box remote controller is one of the important factors to improve the user experience.Jinzhong radio and television network optimizes the set-top box remote control,removes redundant keys,changes the shape and texture of the remote controller,and takes into account the operation experience of both elderly and young users.It also considered the interference between several remote controllers of various electronic equipment by designing two sets of main and standby code values,which enhance the network adaptability Aa the same time.
