摘  要:采用电弧熔炼法制备了掺杂不同比例Pr的Fe83Ga17Prx(x=0,0.05,0.20和0.80)合金,然后对其进行1273 K下保温6小时退火快淬处理,获得快淬态合金样品。用X射线衍射仪,振动样品磁强计(VSM),磁致伸缩测量系统和扫描电镜研究了轻稀土元素Pr对多晶Fe-Ga合金结构、微观形貌、磁性和磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂Pr元素有利于提高其磁致伸缩性能。Fe83Ga17Prx(x=0, 0.05, 0.20 and 0.80) alloys were prepared by arc melting method, the obtained ingots were annealed at 1273 K for 6 hours before being quenched into ice-water. The effects of light rare earth element Pr on the structure, magnetic properties, magnetostrictive properties and microstructure of polycrystalline Fe-Ga alloys were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, vibrating sample magnetometer, magnetostrictive measuring instrument and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the doping of Pr element can improve the magnetostrictive properties.
