摘  要:近年来,建筑外墙墙面出现大面积裂缝、脱落的事件时有发生,给人民群众带来了生命和财产的损失。市场上常规的修复方法是对原建筑保温系统进行铲除,再重新做墙体保温系统和饰面。这种方法施工繁琐,对建筑内居民的生活也造成了诸多困扰和不便,同时铲除过程又会导致原有外墙保温材料有高空坠落的安全隐患和产生大量建筑垃圾。文章通过研究一种新的非铲除式外墙外保温装饰板修复既有建筑墙体保温系统的方法,从根本上解决墙体空鼓、开裂、渗漏、泛潮反霜、结露、脱落等问题,消除由此而带来的开裂、渗漏以及脱落的安全风险。整个施工过程无噪声无污染,原有缺陷层不铲除,适合修复所有既有建筑墙体保温系统缺陷。In recent years,large-area cracks and falling off of the external walls of buildings occur from time to time,which has brought the loss of life and property to the people.The conventional repair method in the market is to eradicate the original building insulation system,and then remake the wall insulation system and decoration.This method of construction is cumbersome,causing a lot of trouble and inconvenience to the life of the residents in the building.At the same time,the removal process will lead to high-altitude falling of the original external wall insulation materials and produce a lot of construction waste.This paper studies a new method of repairing the existing building wall insulation system with non eradicative external wall external insulation decorative board,which fundamentally solves the problems of wall hollowing,cracking,leakage,alkali returning,condensation and falling off,and eliminates the safety risks of cracking,leakage and falling off.The whole construction process has no noise and pollution,and the original defect layer is not removed,which is suitable for repairing all the defects of the existing building wall insulation system.
