摘  要:多氯联苯(PCBs)是一组具有广泛应用价值的氯代芳烃化合物,在环境中不易降解,具有持久性。该类物质进入生物体后可以不断累积,达到一定浓度便可产生毒害作用,对自然环境和人类健康造成极大危害。河流、湖泊和海洋等水体是地球化学循环的重要组成部分,也是污染物迁移扩散的载体,因此,调查水环境中PCBs的污染现状及成因,评估PCBs潜在的生态风险,对保护水质安全和维护人类健康具有重要的现实意义。围绕国内外学者关注PCBs研究的几个主要方向,从PCBs的来源、污染现状、迁移转化、富集特征和风险评价等角度进行了阐述,旨在帮助环境领域技术人员对PCBs的环境行为和污染特征有更加清晰的认识,为管理部门有效开展防控措施、降低环境风险提供科学指导。Polychlorinated biphenyls( PCBs),as a group of chlorinated aromatic compounds with wide application value,are not easy to be degraded in the environment and considered as persistent organic pollutants. These substances can accumulate continuously after entering organisms and produce toxic effects when they reach a certain concentration,causing great harm to the natural environment and human health. Rivers,lakes and oceans are important components of geochemical cycle,and they are also carriers for pollutants’ migration and diffusion. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the pollution status and causes of PCBs in water bodies and evaluate the potential ecological risks of PCBs for protecting water environment safety and maintaining human health. In this paper,the sources,pollution status,migration,transformation,enrichment characteristics and risk assessment of PCBs are discussed around several main research directions of domestic and foreign scholars. The aim of this paper is to help environmental technicians have a clearer understanding of the environmental behavior and pollution characteristics of PCBs,and provide scientific guidance for management departments to effectively carry out prevention and control measures and reduce environmental risks.
