磷酸浓缩闪蒸室结垢垮料原因分析和措施

摘　　要：对湿法磷酸生产过程中浓缩系统闪蒸室气相部分结垢成因和结垢垮塌掉落原因进行了分析,并根据成因和实际生产经验提出了减缓结垢速率、避免结垢垮塌和降低垮塌后对装置影响的措施。The cause of fouling in the gas phase of the flash chamber of the concentration system during the production of wet-process phosphoric acid and the cause of fouling and collapse are analyzed,and based on the original cause and actual production experience,it is proposed to slow down the fouling rate,avoid scaling collapse and reduce Measures to affect the device after the collapse.
