摘　　要：Shell粉煤气化技术随各装置的技术吸收和改进,运行工况日趋平稳、周期越来越长,但也仍存在一些技术难题,如烧嘴罩频繁烧损。从原料、安装、操控和仪表等4个方面对烧嘴罩的影响进行了分析并提出了防控对策。With the technical absorption and improvement of device,the operation condition of Shell pulverized coal gasification technology is gradually turning into smooth and the period is getting longer,yet there still are some technical problems such as burner muffle damage frequently. This text will analyze the influence of burner muffle from four aspects: raw material,installation,control and instrumentation,and provide some coping strategy for the reference of similar devices.
