基于光切显微镜的实践教学项目开发

摘　　要：针对实践教学条件下,光切显微镜的功能单一,使用效率低等问题,对光切显微镜的机械部分进行了改进并开发实训项目。通过增加辅助支架和数显千分表,实现了零件的尺寸测量、几何误差测量。改进后的光切显微镜,功能更多,测量精度更高,使用更方便。不但提高了测量效率,也提高了实训质量。并且缓解了实训室实训设备不足的情况。开发的实训项目也满足机械产品质量检测技术专业《质检员实训》课程的实践教学要求。In the practice teaching condition,the function of photocutting microscope is single and its use efficiency is low. In this paper,the mechanical part of photocutting microscope is improved and the training project is developed. The dimension measurement and geometric error measurement of parts are realized by adding auxiliary support and digital indicator. The improved photocutting microscope has more functions,higher measuring precision and more convenient to use. It not only improves the measurement efficiency,but also improves the training quality.In addition,the shortage of training equipment in the training room was alleviated. The developed training program also meets the practical teaching requirements of the course‘Quality Inspector Training’of mechanical product quality testing technology major.
