摘 要:通过对轿车左、右内扶手形体要素可行性分析,找出了其形体上存在的型孔、腰字型孔、型槽、弓形高障碍体、外观和大批量要素。对于型孔和腰字型孔采用了定模镶嵌型芯措施;对型槽采用了斜推杆内抽芯机构;对弓形高障碍体采用了分型面来避免对左、右内扶手脱模的阻挡作用;采用了潜伏式点浇口和在左、右内扶手背面设置顶杆来避免注塑件正面产生模具结构痕迹。模具采用了一模二腔全自动结构,可同时成型加工左、右内扶手。通过对注塑模结构进行了缺陷预测,并提出了解决预期缺陷的方法。由于预先进行了细致和严谨的注塑件形体和模具结构方案可行性分析及缺陷的预测,注塑模结构的设计和制造便能一步到位。这种模具设计方法,可以成为所有注塑模结构设计的借鉴。Through the feasibility analysis of the shape elements of the left and right inner handrails of the car,this paper finds out the shape holes,waist shaped holes,grooves,arched high obstacles,appearance and a large number of elements.The fixed mold inlaid core is adopted for the shaped hole and waist shaped hole;The inclined push rod internal core pulling mechanism is adopted for the groove;The parting surface is adopted for the arched high obstacle body to avoid the blocking effect on the demolding of the left and right inner handrails;The latent point gate and the ejector rod are set on the back of the left and right inner handrails to avoid the mold structure trace on the front of the injection molded part.The mold adopts one mold two cavity automatic structure,and can simultaneously form the left and right handrails.Through the defect prediction of injection mold structure,the method to solve the expected defects is put forward.Due to the detailed and rigorous feasibility analysis and defect prediction of injection mold shape and mold structure scheme in advance,the design and manufacturing of injection mold structure can be in place in one step.This mold design method can be used as a reference for the structural design of all injection molds.
